1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Primer extension or accessing primerctx.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Primer.

2. Description of Service

Primer is a developer tool that provides memory, guardrails, and a live activity feed for AI coding agents. It runs locally in your IDE and optionally syncs state to our cloud infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Primer to circumvent security controls or access systems without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell Primer
• Transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content through Primer's relay or API

4. Data & Privacy

Primer logs AI agent actions in your local workspace and, when signed in, syncs session metadata to our cloud. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

Primer and its branding are owned by the Primer team. Your code and workspace files remain yours. You grant us no rights to your source code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Primer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of logs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Primer team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Primer.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or website.
